Credit Card Authorization Form
For clients paying by credit card, we usually e-invoice a client via e-mail for the applicable fee, which the client can then pay online on their own. However, for clients needing a payment plan for immigration services, or for those who do not wish to pay required fees online, then we need a credit card authorization form on file from the client to bill a credit card. You can download and complete and sign our credit authorization form (PDF format) form the link below, and scan and e-mail the form back to us for our files.
