USCIS Updates and Instructions on DACA

Late last week the USCIS updated information regarding implementation of DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals). A preview of the revised I-821D Application instructions was posted, along with a reminder of other helpful eligibility information. The USCIS anticipates accepting childhood DACA applications under the expanded program, on February 18th, 2015. More information can be found at the USCIS website at the following link:
